Liz Joshua is a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran with over 28 years of experience in logistics, operations, and business development. As a seasoned entrepreneur who has played a key role in launching several companies, Liz brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain successful, mission-driven organizations.
Her relationship with music began in sixth grade as a trumpet player in school bands and expanded over the years to include other instruments. Though she eventually set aside her instrument, she turned to music—especially lyrics—as a healing outlet during challenging times. She also discovered her voice as a singer, though not professionally, finding strength and solace in song.
As a trauma survivor and passionate advocate for healing through the arts, Liz has always encouraged her children to explore music from an early age as a healthy emotional outlet. For her, music is more than an art form—it’s a transformative path to resilience, connection, and self-expression.
Co-founding a trauma-informed music school is the realization of a lifelong dream. Liz’s mission is to ensure that every child who walks through the doors has the opportunity to build confidence, develop skills, and discover hope through the healing power of music.
