Meet Ian

Ian Niechaj is a U.S. Army veteran, singer-songwriter, and homeland security professional whose life’s work bridges service, healing, and storytelling. His music is deeply rooted in personal experience—reflecting themes of trauma, resilience, and hope that have shaped his own journey.

Beyond the stage, Ian has dedicated his career to protecting and empowering others through his work in counterterrorism and homeland security. His professional path is guided by a deep understanding of the human cost of trauma and violence, and his personal mission remains consistent across all he does: to protect, heal, and connect with others as they navigate their own paths toward strength and recovery.

As someone who has personally faced and overcome profound trauma, Ian believes in the divine healing power of music. He is passionate about supporting the Marnie Knaak Music & Resilience Foundation (MKMRF) and its mission to help others find the same restoration and purpose through music that helped him reclaim his own.
